Saskatchewan Mining Association (SMA) Teachers’ Mine Tour, Workshops and Posters
Since the 1970s, SMA has sponsored a Teachers’ Tour of mine sites. They also offer workshops
that provide valuable resource packages to participating teachers. In 2005, SMA published a set of
four colourful mineral posters (potash, uranium, coal, and mineral and metals) which are available
to teachers upon request.
